If you're not delighted by your purchase, we're happy to offer refunds on most of our products if returned within 30 days. Returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee per item if the items are not returned in their original packaging and in first quality condition. If product is received back damaged due to poor packaging, a credit will not be issued. Refunds will appear on your credit card within ten business days of processing. Shipping costs will be deducted from the credit.

Most orders will ship the next business day, including Next Day Air orders. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. Note UPS does not ship to PO boxes, but Standard Shipping is able to ship to PO boxes. When calculating shipping time, the day the order ships out from our facility does not count as a transit day.

When a shipment is returned to us as an undeliverable address, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges). If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Returns

We will refund you within 14 working days from the date that we receive your return at our warehouse and we will notify you by email. In the event of orders that are cancelled before they are shipped, the refund will be made within 3 working days from the cancellation date.
